The health and well-being of our staff and community is our top priority. We have been closely monitoring the situation related to COVID-19 – what’s happening in Ontario and around the world. We are committed to doing everything we can to continue to protect our staff and residents.

If you have registered/or are registering for a Spring session program that has not yet started, you will receive a credit for any classes that are not provided due to a delayed start date. Programs may also be extended to make up any missed classes. If you would like to request a refund, please email your name, address and phone number to Prior to the start of the Spring session a $10 cancellation fee for refunds will apply.

Welcome to Whitby's ACTIVE Net Online Registration Site
If you have an email address on file with us, and have made a transaction in the past two years, your account has been transferred into ACTIVE Net. If you are new to Whitby or have not registered with us before, set up your account as of August 1 to prepare for registration day.

Retrieving Your Account:
If you have made a transaction in the past two years, follow these instructions to retrieve your account.

  • Click "Sign In"
  • Click "Forgot My Password" and enter the email address you have on file with us
  • Follow the password creation instructions provided in the forgot my password email in your inbox
  • Navigate back to and proceed to login in to your account
  • If you encounter an error message when trying to retrieve your account please call 905.655.2010 as there may be missing information from your account that is preventing you from logging in.
