  • Follow the password creation instructions provided in the forgot my password email in your inbox
  • Navigate back to whitby.ca/getactive and proceed to login in to your account
  • If you encounter an error message when trying to retrieve your account please call 905.655.2010 as there may be missing information from your account that is preventing you from logging in.
