Description: 

Get fit without the wear and tear on your joints! Get your heart pumping and work your muscles an aquatic environment. Experience the benefits of water based training in a fun, challenging class.

This course will take place in the deep tank.

Notes:

The change rooms, hot tubs, sauna and steam room will remain closed. Accessible equipment within the change rooms will be available upon request for anyone that requires it.

Please come swim ready and check-in at the Community Centre front desk. We will have designated space on deck for you to store your towel. Please do not bring anything valuable - the lockers will be unavailable.

Changing is not permitted on the pool deck. Please wrap yourself in a towel, robe or warm clothing to exit. You will be exiting deck through our 22nd Street doors.
