Make the most of your hour in a fun and motivating AST circuit-style class that targets both muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance! No equipment provided. Please bring your own dumbbells, bands and mat.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your class and wait outside the Seaview room doors. The instructor will check your name on the list, ask COVID-19 screening questions, and welcome you to class.
Please wear a mask in common areas (check in, washrooms, hallways). Once you are settled in your spot in the class you are welcome to remove your mask if you wish.
As a reminder, please maintain at least two-metres or six-feet distance from staff and other participants during your visit.
