Description: 

Volunteer with the District of West Vancouver! Are you over 14 years of age and below 19 years and have BC Services Card with Personal Health Number? If yes, you are welcome to register for our online volunteer orientation at activewestvanrec.ca, or by calling 604-925-7270. After you register, you will receive an email with a link to the online orientation which consists of a video with important information, followed by a quiz. This is not an automatic process, so there could be a delay of up to 2-3 days before you receive the link to the video. Once you complete the online orientation, we will be in touch about the next steps. Please note that you will also need to do a free in-person orientation afterCOVID restrictions end. We look forward to having you on board!


Notes:
Volunteers need to be a minimum of 14 years of age and have BC or Canadian Medical. Please check with volunteer services team if you are unsure.

Registered volunteer candidates will receive an email with a link to the online orientation. They need to complete the online orientation.
