Description:
Maintain your mobility! Join your friends and experience the benefits of a warm water environment for your joints and muscles while our instructors takes you through gentle movements to increase your mobility, stability, and strength.
This is a registered program not associated with the FitPass.
The change rooms, hot tubs, sauna and steam room will remain closed. Accessible equipment within the change rooms will be available upon request for anyone that requires it.
Please come swim ready. We will have designated space on deck for you to store your towel. Please do not bring anything valuable - the lockers will be unavailable.
