Description: Chair yoga is great for people who have trouble getting down to the floor. You will learn strength and balance poses that will build up your confidence and improve the quality of your life. There will also be breathing techniques to help slow down your mind and expand your lungs. The entire class is done with the assistance of a chair. This class can be a stepping stone to improving your fitness level.
