Description: This class will focus on toning and strengthening all the major muscle groups in the body. Emphasis will be placed on the proper use of tubing and dynabands. The class includes a brief cardio warm up segment and effective stretches to enhance flexibility. Dyna bands and sponge balls are available for purchase at customer service if required.
