Description:
This yoga practice focuses on strengthening the little muscles that support the body’s structure and keep it stable, while releasing tight areas. Although it’s not a super hard class, we do core work, gently flow through yoga postures and pilates moves with breath, and finish with some wonderful stretches and self massage goodness. Beginner friendly. All bodies welcome. Drop-in $18.
