No refunds within 72 hours in advance of a course start date (subject to a confirmed waitlisted replacement).No pets may accompany the registrant.All users and course participants are required to assist in clean up 10 minutes before the end of a session. No lumber storage is permitted in the studio except for lumber required to complete an active drop-in project or course project. All inactive lumber will be purged without notice. All course participants or drop-in users should make sure their own lumber or consumables is very clearly marked or labeled. There will be no reimbursement for any missing personal property and the availability of temporary storage should not be construed as a guarantee of secure storage.
DROP-INSIn the interest of safety all Drop-in users and course participants are required to meet safe clothing guidelines when using the studio. All drop-in users and course participants beyond Level 1 should be prepared to supply their own materials and consumables. While some consumables are available they should not be expected or relied upon to complete a project. No unsafe practices will be tolerated in the studio. Safety is regulated at the sole discretion of the instructor and participants may be required to leave the studio if their actions are deemed consistently unsafe. Safety guards are available on the table saws. At times guards are removed to perform an operation that?s not possible with a guard in place. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the guards are installed before use. The studio is for private amateur use and not to be used for commercial purposes. The studio has no fume extraction system or spray booth and as such no spray finishing or finishing with highly volatile solvents is permitted in the studio. Typical finishing such as varnish, shellac, oils and water based resins are acceptable.
