In this class we will show you how all the basics to make Brioche! This magic dough is more than a sweet bread! You?ll learn how to make the dough and a few recipe to use it with, such as:

  • Basic Brioche Loaf
  • Braided Brioche with pearl sugar
  • Brioche Cinnamon Rolls
  • Savory BBQ Pork Buns

You get to taste everything that is made during the class and take home the leftovers, bring your containers!
