Description: Vinyasa yoga is characterized by its dynamic and fluid manner. A guided flow from posture to posture in a sequenced style while aligning the breath with movement will build strength and flexibility and create space in your body and mind. This class is targeted at everybody so you do not need any experience. The main focus is to welcome people into a safe and comfortable environment where they can unwind and have fun, get some exercise, and feel a sense of belonging in their community. Drop-in $20 (space permitting).
