Description: 

This fun, interactive and high energy class will introduce your child to agility, balance, coordination and basic fundamental movement skills. Your child will learn to run, jump, kick, throw and catch through a variety of sports and games wiht an emphasis on developing physical literacy. Kinesiology student instructors will guide children in a fun warm up, organize sport games and skill builders, and end each class with free play. A parent or guardian is required to participant (only one parent/guardian can be accommodated).
