Description
In this joint Village Vancouver-WENFN West End Urban Garden Club workshop, Laura Reid from Counter-Cultures will teach you how to make Sauerkraut. Samples will be provided, and you'll go home with an informative booklet which covers the topics discussed in class as well as various recipes. We'll have the community seed library present - you can get some free seeds for your garden (or swap or donate seeds). Advance registration encouraged. FREE for Seniors (50 and over).
