Did you know that those wild 'weeds' in your backyard and along the edges in the alley ways are important, rich, densely packed nutrient filled foods? Come join Lori Snyder as we explore who these weeds are and how best to prepare them. Dandelion, chickweed, land crest, plantain, lamb?s quarter, wild mustard, yellow dock, purslane, shepard?s purse and more. Bring any samples you might have growing in your garden.
