Please follow the table below for information on our registration process for this activity. If you do not fall under the categories listed below of who can register on the mentioned dates, you will be removed and refunded from the activity and will need to re-register again.

Summer Daycamp Refund/Withdrawal Policy:
The deadline for all refunds is the THURSDAY by 9pm, two weeks prior to the start date. Ex: If you are withdrawing your child from Week 7, we require notice by the Thursday of Week 5, no later than 9:00pm. A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for each cancelled week of daycamp. These fees will support the administrative costs associated with scheduling changes. This fee will apply to EACH CHILD that is withdrawn. Ex: If you enroll in weeks 1, 2 & 5, your plans change and you withdraw from week 2 & 5, you will be refunded the weeks fee less $20.00. All refunds are to be processed by the Childcare Administrative Assistant: vera.lara@vancouver.ca or by calling the front desk at 604-257-3080.
An extension of the licensed Out of School Care program, we are thrilled to offer our exciting Summer Daycamp program for children 5-12 years old (must have completed Kindergarten before the start of the daycamp). Each fun day will be spent participating in a variety of special activities.
AM/PM Care is for families who require care before and after the main program. The main program is a pre-requisite for AM/PM Care. Program fees include an afternoon snack.
The Summer Daycamp Program is located at Our House Childcare Centre - 123 West 16th Ave behind Simon Fraser Elementary. It is operated by the Mount Pleasant Community Centre Association.
