Description: In this Westside Neighbourhood Food Network workshop, you'll learn how to make kimchi, a traditional fermented Korean side dish, and take home a jar of your own creation! Bring a wide-mouth 500ml mason jar, cutting board, large knife, and large bowl (optional). We'll have a community seed library present - pick up some free seeds for your garden, swap or donate seeds.
