Description:
This hands-on Village Vancouver workshop with Caitlin Dorward will introduce you to food safe methods for canning at home. We'll discuss techniques for canned foods such as jams and jellies, and participants will take home a jar of the pickles we make during the workshop. We'll have a community seed library present - pick up some free seeds for your garden, swap or donate seeds.
