Description: 

In this Village Vancouver workshop, we'll cover all the basics of boiling water bath canning and make some festive holiday preserves to enjoy with friends and family or to give as gifts. All materials are provided, and participants will take home a jar of what we make and a handout covering the info presented in the workshop. We'll have the community seed library present - pick up up some free seeds for your garden, swap or donate seeds.

Notes:
Tie back long hair and wear close-toed shoes and cooking clothes.
