Description: Join West End Neighbourhood Food Network and Village Vancouver at our monthly family friendly gatherings. Bring something yummy, share some good food and conversation with neighbours, and pick up a 2018-19 West End Urban Garden Calendar. We'll have a community seed library there - pick up some free seeds for your garden, or swap or donate seeds or plants. Each month we present a mini-workshop on a different food and/or gardening related topic. With the planting season not too far off, our initial 2018 theme is Growing, Growing, Growing! January - Growing Your Own Sprouts, February - Growing Edible Flowers, March - Growing Japanese Spring Vegetables. Advance registration encouraged.
