Description: 

“Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu” is one of the most popular traditional Chinese Martial Arts.

It is famous for its long arm technique: granite fists whipped through the air at the end of loose and supple arms. It is a complete martial arts system stresses fast stance transition coordinated with devastating combinations of swinging fists, punches, animal strikes, kicks, grabs and throws. The system incorporates single and multiple person, empty hand and weapon forms, joint locks, and internal/external strength development. Today, we learn Choy Lee Fut to develop self-discipline and respect, have fun, keep fit and gain self-confidence. It is excellent for keeping the body fit, mind focused, increase in confidence, flexibility and reflex.

Notes:
Program is offered twice a week: Monday and Saturday - alongside Wing Chun Kung Fu in the LOUNGE.

If you would like to register for two days a week at a discounted rate, please register for both Monday and Saturday courses. No internet registration. Please call or register in person.
