Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting. Some poses can be done standing using a chair for support. Some benefits are: Builds strength, improves coordination and mobility, decreases stress and anxiety while improving mental clarity, helps to manage chronic pain and inflammation.
Tanya has taught yoga for 20 years in Toronto and Vancouver. She has worked in private, corporate and group settings with a diverse range of clientele; from Olympic athletes to seniors. Tanya is passionate about maintaining a healthy mind and body- most especially as one ages.
