Description:
Pick up @ Champlain Heights Community Centre, 3350 Maquinna Drive, Vancouver, BC V5S 4C6
Come and explore the variety of wines and cider that Langley has to offer. Our first stop will be a buffet lunch at the Newlands Golf and Country Club (included). Following lunch we will visit the Fraser Valley Cider Company. In 2015 the cidery was built with the help of friends. They planted an orchard of 1800 trees. With over 25 different varieties of English and French cider apples, the goal was to grow the types of apples that make the highest quality Cider. After the Cider Company we will get a tour of the estate winery of Domaine de Chaberton and a tasting in their private room. Our final winery will be the Glass House Estate Winery. Guided by Simon Yan.
