India’s traditional medicine system, Ayurveda, offers a framework to understand when and how to use plants for optimal digestion, stress prevention, and overall wellbeing. We will do anintroduction to the concepts of Agni (digestive fire) and Ojas (immune strength). We will also cover fennel, ginger, and turmeric, and observe & tend to other important Indian plants in the garden, like marigold, okra, and tulsi.
