Description:
Students enrolled in this class, must have a minimum of 1 year consistent Capoeira experience, or permission from the school.
This is an intermediate program: students should have a full knowledge of basic movements and this class will focus on more advanced movements in Capoeira, which will prepare students for the youth program. Classes cover all aspects of Capoeira: martial arts, dance, music, acrobatics, culture, language and more. Focus on developing rhythm, reflexes, balance, coordination and increasing strength and flexibility. *Uniform is required to join class

• All participants are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette by covering coughs or sneezes.
