An aqua fitness class taught in shallow water that includes warm up, cardio, strength, stretch and cool down components.
A moderately paced, 35-40 minute cardio workout. Participants will wear flotation belts but should be comfortable in deep water. A fun and energizing class that utilizes water resistance for a variety of exercise combinations. Designed for participants who want to increase their fitness and muscular endurance.
*Monthly Flexipass, 10-Visit passes, and Leisure Access passes are accepted for this program.
