Description: 

Build your tennis game in a small group setting. Start or continue to develop skills through high energy, game-based lessons with an eventual progression to rally and play within the full court setting. Students will be introduced to all phases of play and basic strategy. Beginner and intermediate levels welcome.


Notes:
Student Background
- Has some or no experience in tennis
- In the process of refining technique for groundstrokes
- In the process of developing correct movement and positioning

Development Focus
- Develop a love for tennis and sport in a positive environment
- Develop and integrate reception and projection skills for movement and tracking
- Develop full-motion groundstrokes with modern technique
- Develop cooperative and competitive rally skills
Student Groupings
- Students will be split into small groups based on age and skill
