To celebrate spring we are throwing a huge ZUMBA® Gold party! Come dressed in your best hippie attire to dance and groove your way into spring - bright colours, pastels and florals! Instructing this event is the fabulous Luglio. This special event has limited space for drop-ins so register quickly.

ZUMBA® Gold is a low-impact dance-fitness class for beginners and seniors that uses the zesty Latin music with easy to follow moves to create a dynamic and fun fitness class. ZUMBA® Gold classes strives to improve our balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart.
