Description: 

We’re partnering with the Jays Care Foundation in this 8-week program to engage female-identifying girls ages 7-10, which are often those that find themselves sitting on the sidelines. The Jays Care Foundation promotes the theory of change. This is as follows: from baseball, to access, to belonging & connection, to trauma-sensitivity, to variations. Participants will develop skills in all 5 of these ingredients as they are inspired by sport in a positive peer network that will help build confidence and create a stronger connection to community.
This program is ideal for those new to baseball. No specialized equipment required. Comfortable clothing and running shoes are recommended. *Registration ends Fri July 15, 2022.
