Description: Monthly group fitness classes...Zoom style! Join your favourite BWG Fitness Instructors as they teach you a variety of 30 min fitness classes from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a zoom account. You will receive a weekly email every Friday with links to all the classes that you can register for that week.


In the interest of participant safety, individuals are responsible for assessing that they are physically fit to participate in the activities offered. You are encouraged to consult with your health care provider when in doubt.
