Description: This six week weight loss challenge will motivate you to lose weight at home in a virtual led environment. With meal plans provided, there will be no shortage great tasting meal choices. Participants will compete against each other and an individual winner will be awarded at the end of the challenge.

Participants will be automatically registered for the Virtual Fitness class series at no cost ($29.99+HST, Feb 8 - Mar 5th 2021)
Additionally, you will meet (virtually) with Fitness Programmer - Enrico 2x/week for a team workout and progress update meeting.
Participants will require workout equipment at home such as dumbbells, or kettlebells, measuring tape, and a scale.
Winner will be decided by largest weight loss percentage and will be announced Monday Mar 21 online.
Winner will receive $100 Bwg Gift Certifcate.
