Description: Monthly group fitness classes...Zoom style! Join Fitness Supervisor and Fitness Programmer Stephanie and Enrico as they teach you a variety of 30 min fitness classes from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a zoom account. You will receive a weekly email every Sunday with links to all the classes that you can register for that week.

Wednesday's 10:15am Stretch & Core, 6:00pm Tabata
Thursday's 9:15am-9:45am Workout with Weights
Friday's 10:15 Stretch & Core
