This class is intended for those 5yrs+.

It’s time to get your family off the couch and join Fitness Supervisor - Steph and her son as they challenge you to some family friendly games encouraging health and fitness through exercise and fun! Be prepared to sweat! Don’t forget to invite grandma and grandpa to register from the comfort of their own home. Wouldn’t you like to beat grandpa in a push up challenge? Or cheer on grandma in a plank challenge. What better day than Family Day!
