Description: 

This class is intended for toddlers 1-4 yrs old and their parents/caregivers.

Exercising during these times may be tough, especially if you have a toddler at home. However, we are here to prove that theory wrong and show you how to incorporate your toddler as part of your exercise routine. This can help develop a healthy and active lifestyle for your family. Workout with Enrico and his toddler on Family day and he can show you some great exercises to help maintain your physique while bonding with your toddler!
