Wake up your body with this MIDWEEK workout that will focus on toning all the major muscle groups. After an energetic warm up, you will alternate between upper and lower body exercise patterns using resistance equipment such as weights, balls, bands and gliders. The class will conclude with a thorough and relaxing stretching routine.
Biography:Sue is passionate about leading a healthy, active life style and has been teaching fitness classes for over 30 years. Graduating for UBC in physical education she furthered her training by completing a Masters Degree in Education leadership. Sue also served as a Master trainer for BCRPA, evaluating new fitness instructors and teaching seminars in fitness. Sue's career has included teaching, counseling and administration with a variety of schools districts. Currently Sue operates a private counseling practice in Terrace focusing on expressive play therapy for children and stress management for adults.
