  • Understanding the brain

  • How does the brain develop and change as we age?
  • How do memory changes effect day-to-day activity (including driving)
  • Learn protective/lifestyle factors to keep your brain health – physical activity, diet, social activity, cognitive activity + more
  • Brief overview of the Rapids Family Health Team’s MINT Memory Clinic
  • Other community resources to support memory changes
