Description
Our program has changed; This level is equivalent to Swimmer 9.
This is the right level if your child can surface dives and somersaults sequences; legs-only surface support for 45 seconds; 50 m breaststroke; swim 150 m of front crawl and back crawl and a 300 m workout.
This prepares the candidate to enter Bronze Medallion. Recommended age: 10- 12 years old.
