Description: Can't pick a first sport? Try a bunch! My First Sports is a great combination of sports for preschoolers playing them for the first time. A different sport is highlighted each week, focusing on basic techniques, participation and having fun. Each class includes a warm-up, floor exercises, the sport activity of the week, stretching and a cool-down.
