Name & Address
If you have taken programs with Richmond Hill in the
past and are having difficulties signing in, please click “forgot password” to
have account reset instructions emailed to you. Otherwise, contact recreation@richmondhill.ca for
assistance.
Please
note that in order to create an account for a child you must create an account
for an adult first. Additional family members can be added to your account during
registration.
Note to Richmond Hill Residents: When
entering your Street Address, please include the Street Number and Street Name
in full words (no abbreviations or punctuation). If your Street Address also
includes a Suite or Unit Number, include that information in the second Street
Address text box. If ActiveRH does not accept your address, email recreation@richmondhill.ca for
troubleshooting assistance after you have created your account.
Note to Non-Residents: ActiveRH
will not recognize your address, please select “leave address as entered” at
the drop-down menu to proceed with your account creation.
