Description:
Join us, from the comfort of your home, for this virtual program. Yin yoga is a passive approach to yoga where you perform the majority of the poses seated on the floor or laying down. The poses are held for longer periods of time, sometimes 3 - 5 minutes. Set to beautiful music, the practice is quiet, meditative, offering flexibility for the body and an opportunity to go deeply into a restful place. All you need is comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or large towel, and the desire to explore a healing yoga practice. Optional props will be discussed at the first class. Prior to the start of the program you will be emailed information on the virtual program links and any specific information relating to your program.
