Please join us from the comfort of your home, for this virtual program. Work out standing beside, and sitting in, a chair. Strengthen and tone all muscles, loosen stiff joints, increase flexibility, balance and co-ordination. This low-impact, osteoporosis-safe class will also exercise your cardiovascular system and your brain. Modification and safety suggestions will be given during the class. There is no getting down onto the floor. Please wear loose, cotton clothes and supportive shoes. Before class begins, place a hard and stable chair beside you on a smooth, flat floor. A link to the virtual program will be provided to participants in a separate email prior to the start of the course.
