Description:
Join us, from the comfort of your home, for this virtual program. This class is similar to the fitness circuit and core workout that was offered in person. This intermediate level class uses simple equipment in your home and your own body weight to improve posture, balance, coordination and core strength. Some exercises are done on the ground so a yoga mat or other type of mat is recommended. Prior to the start of the program you will be emailed information on the virtual program links and any specific information relating to your program.
