Description: Learn to swim proficiently! You will master front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. New fitness levels can also be reached, with a 300 m workout and sprinting 25 - 50 m. You will learn a variety of new skills, including eggbeater kick, stride entries and compact jumps. Prerequisite: Swimmer 4 or Swimmer Teen 2.
