Astronomy Themed Family Night

This tour provides an opportunity for families to get introduced to the wonders of astronomy through an indoor planetarium experience, craft activities for younger visitors and stargazing on weekends. Visitors will spend time at both the main building as well as the Observatory to visit the 74" telescope to learn its history and experience stargazing celestial targets first hand (weather permitting). All registered participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult. The fee is based on the cost per person and each member of the family must register individually. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the program start time in order to be signed in. All programs/lectures will start on time and we respectfully ask that you arrive on time.
