Donna is a wife, mother of two children and hockey and horse grandma to four active grandchildren. She has been a BCRPA registered fitness leader for over 30 years. She brings with her a solid foundation for fitness and has seen the trends come and go. She takes the best of her knowledge and combines it with what works for current day fitness."
