Description:
Welcome to circus school! This is a fun class that is both mentally and physically challenging. Classes are designed to build full-body strength and body awareness through ground and aerial technique, stretching and musicality. Participants will learn to navigate the aerial equipment by learning the foundational movement needed for the progression of more advanced movement on the rope, silks, hoop and trapeze. Expect to be upside down frequently! Sign up for either Tuesday evening or Friday evening classes.
What to Wear:
Women: wear leggings that cover behind the knees and tight-long sleeved shirts that cover armpits and can tuck into leggings.
Men: wear pants that have decent stretch and are not too baggy with a shirt that can tuck into pants.
