Holly is a passionate coach in this industry who loves to educate and keep you excited during training with her creative flair. Her experience ranges from working in the gym with our Canadian Paralympic Wheelchair Rugby athletes and LTA Para Rowing team prior to their successes in Rio 2016 Paralympics! Also training the University of Victoria Vikes varsity men;s rowing team in the weight room as one of her internships during her degree. She has years of experience working alongside a chiropractor in a spinal therapy clinic and currently at a medically supervised exercise clinic for individuals living with chronic conditions as a form of exercise as medicine! Holly was an all-around athlete and can't pick which sport she loves most. She was offered a basketball scholarship, has taught and dances hip hop, coached her passion for volleyball and has competed for the East of England in track. She has lived her life in the Caribbean, the UK, and now calls Victoria home! Holly loves to create programs so your body can be healthy, and function and perform as highly as you wish. Whether that's to be a phenomenal athlete, be able to do a fun run with your friends, or confidently pick up your grand kids, Holly can make an engaging and innovative program to get you to your goal.

Kiersten began her love for athletics and fitness at an early age, getting involved competitively with soccer and track and field. She played soccer competitively for 7 years with the Comox Valley youth team and competed in track and field in sprinting events for 5 years. Kiersten completed her Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy and became a certified Athletic Therapist in 2015. Through her schooling she has also gained certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Exercise Physiologist. Kiersten has worked within many areas at PISE and is currently focused on her work within the adaptive strength and conditioning/therapy field.
