Description: PISE High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) utilizes specific exercise strategies that alternate between periods of short, intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. This intensive style of training stresses the muscles and cardiovascular system in a short period of time, forcing it to adapt by improving anaerobic and aerobic capacity, boosting metabolism and accelerating weight loss.
This program will be delivered outside to ensure appropriate physical distancing is maintained.
No drop-ins will be permitted for this program due to equipment demands and increased safety protocols.
Notes:For the First Class - please meet at the Front Entrance of the building. For July - August parking will be free on the PISE side of parking lot #8. Completion of PISE's new waiver will be required for all participants prior to participation in the program and will be available on our website pise.ca. Entrance to the building will be restricted to use of bathroom facilities located on the second floor and check-in with desk will be required.
