Making Sense of Financial Options in Ontario - Foundational Family Services

Note: Workshop previously called "Funding Options"

This workshop is intended for parents and caregivers of children and youth between the ages of 0-17, who are interested in learning about financial supports available for their child and/or youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in the province of Ontario. Topics include government funding, tax credits and benefits, and related financial resources.

Making Sense of Financial Options in Ontario will be delivered live via Zoom for Professionals and the Zoom link will be e-mailed out by Kerry's Place two business days before the event start.

To participate in the event, the following is required:

• mobile device, tablet or computer
• internet connection
• speakers and a microphone
• webcam

Please Note: Registration does not guarantee a space in this webinar. To be eligible, completion of a Kerry's Place Autism Services intake meeting and additional documentation may be required to attend.

Foundational Family Services are available to persons under the age of 18, and their families, registered with the Ontario Autism Program. These services assist families in supporting their child’s learning and development. Cancellation Policy

Cancelled by Kerry’s Place: Kerry’s Place may cancel a program due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, and the activity cannot be rescheduled, a full refund will be issued with no administrative fee charged.

Cancelled by Supported Person/Family: Cancellation must be received at least 7 days before the start of the workshop/training. A full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee, will be applied when 7 days’ notice is provided. If 7 days’ notice is not provided, a full refund will only be issued if the vacancy can be filled. Refunds will not be issued for a missed day during a training session.
