Please do not attend in-person programming if experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19.
If participating in two programs on the same day, you are welcome to stay on site for lunch. Please remember though, lunch is not provided and there is no access to shareable items (e.g., utensils, dishware, condiments, etc.). Those staying for lunch will be physically distanced for the entire hour to maintain cohort safety as much as possible.
Please note the following regarding CLC's cancellation/withdrawal policy:
1) If CLC cancels a program, a 100% refund will be provided. If CLC cancels a session during a program, a pro-rated refund will be provided.
2) If a participant withdrawals from a program before it starts and the spot can be filled, a full refund, less a 10% administration fee, will be provided.
3) If a participant withdrawals from a program before it starts and the spot cannot be filled, a 50% refund will be provided.
4) If participant withdrawals from a program after it has already started, there will be no refund.
Due to the unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, a penalty-free cancellation and refund of fees will be provided if a participant is unable to attend programming specifically due to COVID-19. Refund will be pro-rated based on the number of sessions attended at the time of withdrawal.
Documentation from a medical professional will be required to substantiate a refund due to COVID-19.
Important:
1) All requests for a refund must be made in writing and be accompanied by the proof of purchase. Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
2) Missed Sessions: In the event that a participant is unable to attend a session(s), we regret that make-up session(s), refunds or credits cannot be offered.
